HAPPY TO TAKE OVER SILENT BOOKCLUB MADRID CHAPTER!

I am happy to take over the Madrid chapter of Silent Bookclub international movement. The Madrid Chapter was founded by Elias Sköld in August 2024. I remember our first meeting in the Park, everybody silent first, and then starting chatting like crazy! With his great enthusiasm and generosity, Elias created a wonderful environment that I truly cherished. 

After he had to step back in Septembre 2025, I started organising some meetings in Retiro Park in a transition period, then in a cafeteria... and ended up with the will to take over! I am now happy to be able to contribute in a committed way to the continuation of this shared space where people enjoy and share reading, which makes the world a bit better every page.

Each month, we will have a weekday evening meetup, and a Sunday afternoon meetup, so that more people can participate according to their lifestyle. Be very welcome, just bring a book and the magic of Silent Bookclub will do the rest!
